First time trying this restaurant and must say I was very impressed. Great Atmosphere, comfortable and relaxing with great air flow and subdued lighting inside or plenty of outside tables if you prefer. Staff were friendly and helpful, more so the older staff members, but most younger people don't interact with people as well, it comes with experience and comfort in their position. My main meal and coffee were wonderful, dessert was a little less impressive, need more flavour or something. While nice it didn't reach the level of the main meal. Some places are just not as good for desserts. I had the Chickpea Curry and was thrilled with the flavour combinations. I ordered the Buttermilk Pana Cotta with blood orange granita for dessert. Will definitely return.

Fantastic destination restaurant and SO, SO worth the trip! Highly recommend for a celebration, family weekend meal or to satisfy a craving for generous, rustic, slow cooking. This distillery is full of heart and thoughtful touches. ❤️ While the space is much larger than it appears from the street, it's full of charming private nooks to explore and discover. The decor is both comfy and luxe with a mix of wood, gleaming brass and leather. So hard to pull off and really well done. During our meal there was a happy buzz of people chatting and laughing, and making those noises of delight when you're brought something beautiful or delicious looking to the table. The dishes were generous and packed with high quality produce cooked to perfection using methods that take time and care. We had the Sunday smokehouse platter and it was full of deep, smoky, earthy flavours excellently paired with home-made sides. The beans were the perfect level of herby tomato and umami, and the home-made pickles gave just the right cut through for the richness of the meats. The mocktails made us smile when they came to the table - full of joy and whimsy. And super interesting flavours without a glut of sickly syrup to compensate for no alcohol. The Apple and Rose mocktail came topped with Persian fairy floss that has to be tasted to be believed. Ridiculously good! The desserts were not only beautifully presented but creative, thoughtful and felt "adult". Highly recommend leaving room to enjoy one of these after the meal!!! 😊 Everything came out super fast, there were plenty of staff to assist, and they were super happy to help with whatever we needed. Such a lovely team. All in all we had a BRILLIANT experience and without doubt will go back again. Congratulations to the team at Pomona Distillery for creating such a unique space, and the obvious care and dedication they put into everything they do. 🙏

This place looked tiny from the front, but once inside the place kept going and going. I genuinely loved stepping foot inside this place. The warm greetings from smiling staff, the ''we welcome dog signs'', prompt service and cosy massive fire pit and great food and drinks menu was delightful. I loved the ambience, the features and cleanliness. I could go on and on. Can't wait to return when you have live music. Extra credits for employing local youth. See you again in November - with some friends :)
